Intent To Vacate Notice

Please notify us in writing 15 business days prior to vacating your unit(s).

Checkout Procedures and Notes

• So that we can rent your unit we need a bit of advance notice. Please remember that  under the terms of your rental agreement, you are required to notify us in writing at least 15 business days prior to move out. Failure to do so will result in charges for an additional month.
• While we prorate rent when you move in we do not prorate rent in the last month.
• Please take all of your items with you - leave nothing behind, You will be assessed a $250.00 fee if we have to dispose of anything you leave behind as we will have to haul it to the dump and pay a fee.
• Please broom sweep your unit upon vacating.
• Vass facility customers please remember to return your lock and keys.
• Make sure we have your new address so that we may forward any refund of security deposit that you may be owed.
